Both the double and twin room both have amazing views out of the back of the property over the fells. The bathroom is newly decorated and has a p-shaped bath with shower over. The upstairs corridor and stairs to the ground floor are beautiful stained wooden floors.

The ground floor is comprised of a kitchen, living room, dining area and conservatory. The living/dining area is a large open plan space with an exposed stone feature wall, multifuel stove and modern decor. There are French windows which open out onto the garden. The kitchen has a rayburn which is fully usable, or an electric fan oven with hob should you wish to use an alternative. The garden is fully enclosed and has patio furniture.
